Chef Erik’s ‘Inside Out Stuffed Peppers’
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 white onion, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 cup rice
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
10.75 oz can tomato soup
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t all purpose seasoning
1 tsp black pepper

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brown ground beef in dutch oven. Drain grease.
Add onion and bell pepper and cook to soften (about 7-8 minutes).
Add worchestershire sauce and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Add tomatoes and soup. Stir to combine.
Add rice (washed vigorously for five minutes with cold water.)
Bake for one hour (or until internal temperature of casserole reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Adjust seasoning and serve.
