Our own Chef Erik (Cockeye) Hoover joined Valley Spotlight for the first installment of their new segment “Quick Cook” — a series focused on helping Valley families cook real meals at home for less than $25.
This weeks features Erik walking viewers through his Italian Beef Sandwich recipe that feeds a crowd without wrecking the grocery budget (Thanks, Grocery Outlet!) The entire meal clocks in at about $24, proving once again that good food at home doesn’t have to cost a fortune.
