Ok, so I normally blog specifically about BBQ. But I thought today I would write about the state of cooking shows on TV. Those of you that know me well, know that my background is of classical culinary training, and I spent many years at the saute station. I attribute a lot of my learning and passion for foods and their preparation to countless hours spent in front of the TV watching food shows. It all started with Great Chefs of the World on PBS, then on the Discovery Channel.
