We've been lucky enough to cook in BBQ competitions all over the country. We've been as far north as New Hampshire and Connecticut, as far south as North Carolina and out west to Kansas. I try and take a lot of pictures of bbq teams, all their unique smokers and some of the food we've turned in.

I have a 20' Royal Cargo Car Hauler and a Hornet Hideout 29FBH. I used the car hauler for a couple of years but the family required the amenities of hot shower, toilet and real beds.

I'm an Egghead. I cook on Big Green Eggs, and I'm a Big Green Egg dealer. I can't say enough good things about this smokers/grills. I use two larges now when I'm competing. There are a bunch of other things I use too, and I'll be adding more photos and reviews of stuff as I get a chance.
