This isn't a contest, but a get together for people that cook on Eggs. It's put on by the area's Egg distributer and people bring are invited to cook on them. The contest organizers set up the eggs, you just roll in with ingredients and cook, talk, drink and be merry. I've never gone to one, and keep it on my calendar in case I feel like going one year.
